Tire Pressure
Equalization

Thanks for choosing UplinkRobotics. You may notice the tires look a bit compressed or flat when your crawler arrives—this is completely normal! We’re located at 7,200 ft elevation where air pressure is lower. When the Wombat arrives at lower elevations, the higher air pressure compresses the tires. This quick procedure will restore them to normal.

Quick Fix
Instructions

What you’ll need:

2mm Allen/Hex key (included in your  spare parts bag)

Use a 2mm Allen/Hex key to remove about half of the silver beadlock screws around each tire’s rim.

Gently pop the rim up and away from the tire and squeeze. This allows air to pass through the bead and equalize pressure.

Once the tire returns to its normal shape, pop the rim back in. Reinstall the screws until hand tight. Do not over tighten.
