How We Make An Impact

At Uplinkrobotics, we’re redefining what’s possible in crawlspace inspection. By engineering agile, compact crawlers designed for the toughest environments, we’re making inspections safer, faster, and more precise. Every advancement we make is driven by a commitment to progress, putting better tools in the hands of the people who keep our built environment safe and sound.

Our Focus Areas

Community Volunteering

Every Friday, our team dedicates time to making a meaningful difference in our local community by volunteering at the Eppson Center in Laramie, Wyoming. We provide essential technology support to elderly residents, helping them navigate modern devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay connected with their families and communities. This weekly commitment reflects our belief that technology should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or technical background, and demonstrates our ongoing dedication to giving back to the community that supports us.

Youth
Engagement

UplinkRobotics is passionate about inspiring the next generation of innovators through comprehensive youth engagement initiatives. We actively participate in STEM events throughout Wyoming, encouraging young people to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Our flagship program is the 4-H Robotics Club, developed in partnership with the National 4-H Council, where youth gain hands-on experience building and programming robots. Through these community events and educational programs, we’re cultivating tomorrow’s problem-solvers and fostering a love for technology and innovation in young minds across our state.

Student
Internships

Our robust internship program, developed in partnership with the University of Wyoming and the 9H Research Foundation, provides paid summer opportunities for students to gain real-world experience in cutting-edge technology fields. These comprehensive internships expose students to a diverse range of disciplines including electrical engineering, robotics, business operations, marketing, and manufacturing. Interns work alongside our experienced team members on meaningful projects, developing both technical skills and professional expertise while contributing to UplinkRobotics’ mission. This program bridges the gap between academic learning and industry application, preparing students for successful careers in technology.

Senior Design Partnership

UplinkRobotics partners with the University of Wyoming’s College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, collaborating with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering senior design teams. As part of their year-long capstone course, we provide project goals and parameters aligned with our robotics and automation focus. Students spend the first semester planning and the second designing and implementing their solutions. This collaboration gives students hands-on experience applying their academic knowledge to real-world challenges while advancing robotics and strengthening ties between industry and academia.

A Message From Our Founders

When we founded UplinkRobotics, we saw an opportunity to do more than just build innovative robotics solutions. We recognized the chance to strengthen our Wyoming community by bridging generational gaps through technology, inspiring young minds to pursue STEM careers, and creating pathways for students to gain real-world experience without leaving the state. We believe that true innovation happens when technology serves everyone, from helping elderly residents stay connected to their families to mentoring the next generation of engineers. Our community involvement isn’t just part of our mission. It’s the foundation of who we are and our vision for Wyoming’s technological future.
