UplinkRobotics is located at 7,200 ft elevation, where the air pressure is lower. At lower elevations, higher air pressure compresses the tires and makes them look flat. Just loosen a few beadlock screws, pull the tire to let air in, and re-inflate before tightening the screws again.
If your camera is not rotating, it is likely you turned the crawler on before the controller. We always recommend turning on your controller and initializing it before turning on the crawler. This way you always have full control of the crawler.
This happens when the joysticks on the controller aren’t perfectly centered when turning on the controller. Ensure that before you turn on the crawler or controller, both joysticks are stationed in the very center.

Yes. Marten captures video (up to 4K resolution) and 12MP still images, which are saved directly to the onboard SD card.
Check that all cables are securely connected. Make sure the video monitor is set to the correct channel, which is generally A-7. If needed, you can press the Search button on the monitor to automatically find the correct channel. If the problem continues, the camera may need service.

If you download the RunCam app, there is an option in the settings to “Auto-Sync Time”. This will put the correct time stamps to your photo. However, the time resets upon turning off your crawler. This means you need to reconnect it to your phone and click on the “Auto-Sync Time” option.
